The first UK restaurant for Zula, the Istanbul-born burger brand, on Old Quebec Street by Marble Arch. PIN London designed the space and carried out the fit-out.
A deep red, fluted lining wraps the dining room and frames an open kitchen behind a long stone counter. Marble-topped tables, white perforated metal chairs and timber benches with tan seats fill the room.
Full-height glazing opens the restaurant to the street, and the same tables and benches carry out onto the terrace under a red awning.
