An Asian fusion food concept for the food hall at Bluewater Shopping Centre, designed and fitted out by PIN London to raise the standard of the typical food hall experience through architecture, materials and presentation.

The design gives the brand a strong, contemporary identity that reflects the quality of the food. A considered palette of high-quality materials, details and finishes creates a refined but approachable setting, deliberately moving away from the usual language of food hall concessions.

The scheme starts from the idea that food hall offerings can be both high quality and highly designed. Rather than a purely functional retail enclosure, the stall frames and celebrates the food itself, giving it a strong presence in the wider food hall while communicating quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
