    Founder, architecture & planning

    Architectural consultant and urban designer. Previously with Foster + Partners and Buro Happold, where he helped establish the practice in Turkey and build relationships across Central Asia. Guvenc leads design and planning, and advises international clients investing in London.

  • Robert Gezer

    Finance & development

    Robert leads acquisitions and funding, drawing on a background in specialist property finance.

  • Nikita Koscicas

    Partnerships

    Nikita is the first point of contact for landowners and investors, guiding them from the first conversation to an agreed deal.
