PIN LONDON

Development

We see value where others see a plot of land.

PIN London brings creative thinking, financial awareness and construction know-how to get the best from every site.

About the studio

How we create value

From overlooked plot to consented site.

Four stages, one team, no hand-offs. Value is created at the planning stage. That's where design makes the difference.

  1. Find

We study maps, planning policy and title records to find gardens, garages, backland and tired buildings with more to give. Then we write to the owner.

  2. Design

Our design team tests what the site can hold: homes, massing, layouts and value. Early, quickly and with planning policy in mind.

  3. Consent

We prepare and submit the planning application and manage it to a decision, working with the council rather than against it.

  4. Realise

The consented site is sold to a developer or investor, or we build it out with capital partners. The landowner shares in the value we create.

We put our own skin in the game.

We source sites directly from owners, fund and run the planning stage, and take schemes forward to sale or construction.
