Enfield Housing

New homes in Enfield, in a restrained palette of robust, simple materials that reflect the domestic character of the street.

White render or exposed concrete at ground floor, with timber cladding above that runs up to the roof with hidden gutters. White-oiled oak windows and doors and a white concrete lintel tie the front and rear together.

Windows are placed to avoid overlooking the neighbours while bringing plenty of daylight into the living spaces. Paving is light concrete tile or light brick.
